Donation-Based
Community Yoga
FORMATION is helping provide relief for the community of Leadville/Twin Lakes.
100% of proceeds will benefit the Community Disaster Relief Fund for Lake County.
The Willow Fire is currently impacting this community; ordering evacuations, threatening homes and businesses, and disrupting the lives of local families and animals.
Leadville/Twin Lakes has always been place of adventure, resilience, serenity, and connection. For many Coloradans, it’s a magical destination where we've hiked, camped, skied, raced, paddled, and created lasting memories. And it’s a place that FORMATION’s studio owner and her family have connected their hearts to.

STUDIO LOCATION
FORMATION Yoga. Strength. Wellness.
12652 W. Ken Caryl Ave. Suite B.
Littleton, CO 80127
FORMATION is a boutique wellness studio in Ken Caryl, Littleton, Colorado offering an intentional blend of yoga, Pilates, strength, mindfulness, and yoga therapy classes to help students restore balance, move with intention, and invest in a lifetime of health, mindfulness and longevity.
FORMATION is locally owned by Monica Turner. Her love for Leadville/Twin Lakes began when she worked closely with the community to re-design their brand and website. Throughout the last decade, Monica worked on multiple tourism marketing campaigns for Leadville/Twin Lakes and Lake County, and helped implement the Colorado Historic Opera Houses Circuit which continues to help promote the Tabor Opera House in Leadville.
Monica’s husband Jeff finished the Lead Challenge in 2025 (in 14th place!) which brought the family up to Cloud City more times than they could count. Being part of the Lead Challenge races was being a part of a genuine community, and the Turners were welcomed into the Leadville family.
