Runners can easily modify the route to fit personal comfort levels—whether that means a shorter jog or adding extra miles.
The Price
This run club is completely FREE!
If you want to aid recovery and stretch it out after, join our post-run Yoga for Runners Class at the studio (50% OFF Drop-In for $16) from October - May only.

What is Yoga for Runners?
Yoga for Runners is a practice designed to enhance recovery, improve mobility, and prevent injury by supporting the body's natural healing process. Unlike more active yoga styles, this slow flow + restorative style yoga involves long-held, fully supported postures that calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and release deep muscular tension—especially in the lower body, hips, and spine.
For runners, this practice is essential for counteracting repetitive movement patterns, promoting joint health, flexibility, and circulation, and supporting mental resilience. Science-backed benefits include lowering cortisol levels, improving tissue repair, and enhancing overall mobility—making it the perfect complement to an active running routine.
By incorporating Yoga, runners can recover faster, move better, and run stronger for longer.
