Meet your Wellness Series Guide: Chanti White

Chanti is a Certified Holistic Health Coach with advanced training in Cognitive Behavior Coaching and Motivational Interviewing. She is deeply committed to promoting health and well-being through balanced health via movement, mindfulness, and education of plant supplements. Through her expertise in leading meditation, mindfulness, stress management techniques, and health coaching programs, she empowers clients to harness their full potential in achieving their health goals. She prioritizes establishing strong connections with clients, taking the time to understand their unique needs and goals, and provides personalized guidance every step of the way.

WEEK 1: Anchoring

Workshop (90 min)
Identify the “mountains” you carry—limitations, pain, or resistance—through grounding movement, breathwork, and reflection. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation of clarity and stability, then set mindful SMART goals to support your practice both in and out of the studio.

WEEK 2: Feeling the Heart

Workshop (90 min)
Awaken your inner strength through mindful movement, breath, and mantra. This session blends bodyweight, band, or weight-based exercises with empowering mindset work—inviting strength as a form of self-love.

WEEK 3: Nourishment

Workshop (90 min)
Join us for a Sensory Picnic that blends mindful eating with joyful nourishment. Explore intuitive portions, food groups, and gratitude-based eating practices that deepen your connection to what fuels you.

WEEK 4: The Climb

Workshop (90 min)
A mindful, moderate trail-hike to integrate it all—movement, breath, and compassion. On the trail, we’ll explore meditation, resilience, and the grace of meeting challenges with strength and softness.

The Final Ascent: Optional 14er Summit
To add the cherry atop our journey, you’re invited to join us in summiting a 14er as a team—a powerful celebration of your presence, perseverance, and personal growth. Whatever your pace or path, this is a chance to stand in your strength and know, deep down: you can climb your mountain.

This Bonus Adventure is completely optional, with zero pressure or expectation to participate. While it will be a guided experience, all participants hike at their own risk.
