Join us at FORMATION for Chair Yoga, a welcoming class designed to help you move through life with greater ease, steadiness, and confidence. Using a chair for support, we’ll explore gentle movement, stretching, balance work, breathwork, and relaxation in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and deeply encouraging. Every posture can be adapted to meet you exactly where you are.
Chair Yoga offers a powerful way to build strength, improve mobility and posture, increase flexibility and balance, and reconnect with your body in a safe, comfortable environment. Come as you are. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and supported. All levels and all ages welcome!
Who Is This Class For?
This class is especially supportive for older adults, beginners, those navigating limited mobility, or anyone returning to movement after injury, stress, or time away. No experience is needed, and there is no pressure to move a certain way or keep up with anyone else.
